I have a love for learning. That love of learning has led me to a variety of jobs in various industries and to take many different courses and explore a variety of topics. Some topics, like energy work and QPR have captured my attention more than others.
 

Until my mid to late 20s, I was in pain for most of my life due to arthritis. I was diagnosed with it when I was in my teens and tried many different approaches to resolve the pain, including prescription medications and physical therapy. Most approaches had limited results. Through other personal growth and spiritual work, I eventually resolved the pain. When I came across QPR, I was intrigued with this simple, yet powerful, approach to resolve pain. I realized it utilized similar concepts and techniques I had used to resolve my pain but was put together in a much more simple and concise way. I love using this technique with others and celebrating with them when they realize they are pain free.
